    Excellent place and good cooks. Always crowded but food is always top notch. Funny enough this is the only ihop I buy from.

    This maybe be a biased review because I love Ihop's food. But the service was great. It was pretty packed on the day I was there but the waitress was still pleasant and available at all times. The food was great. i ordered my usual pancakes, eggs and bacon.

    The wait staff was friendly. The establishment was clean and efficient. The menu was diverse. The food was good, hot and served with a smile. Couldn't quite figure out how to get to where we were going due to construction everywhere. Wait staff was on it and had us an almost no construction route to and from our destination by the time we were done with our meal. Remembered us the next trip through and asked if all went well. Felt like small town in middle of all the city. ????

    It started out very well with an upbeat, smiling waitress who was pleasant the entire time. The food arrived in good time, was delicious and enjoyed by all 3 of us. My daughter was having a birthday that day
    and was sung to by the staff with a little treat. It was a nice time.
