(May 16, 2022, 10:46 pm)Great variety and good food from the few trucks we've tried. Issue is, its hit and miss on when they're actually open. We've gone twice on the weekdays, once 3 trucks were open and the 2nd time none were. Assuming it must be primarily for the weekends.
