Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We stopped here on the way back from a trip to Waco. The food is always amazing and I love the shop but what I really want to shine light on is the staff!! My 4 year old left his iPad there. We didn’t realize it till the next day and we live in Magnolia. I called the store to ask if they found it and they knew what I was talking about before I could even finish the question! I offered to email a shipping label but they told me not to worry and that they would UPS it to us. Not only did they ship it but they did it with next day shipping!! I just had to come on and leave an amazing review because not all restaurants would have done this!!!

I always love shopping in the Cracker Barrel store before being seated. It's a great place to find cute unique gifts. The sales staff on the floor is knowledgeable and friendly. Look out for the sale items, as they are plentiful! Overall it's a fun experience but when the busy times are best to be avoided.

Always great food. Part of our party arrived early and we were called so fast for a Sunday morning. I told them we weren’t all present but they seated us anyway! ????

This one appeared to be severely understaffed! They did have a large catering order which they should've planned for better. The servers take orders on a tablet which could've been good but the servers had other people to bring stuff out. The dish that had jelly in it was dirty!! The girl said she would bring straws but never did! My wife's food was cold however my chicken BLT was great once I received the items I had originally ordered. My server dropped the wrong check off and had I been dishonest would've paid that one. This wasn't a good visit at all!! We went back at the end of last month and it was by far the best visit to a restaurant we had ever had! I met my wife at a Cracker Barrel so this day was very important to us and they didn't disappoint at all! Great job!

Cracker Barrel is always so good! I love to shop in the country store while waiting on a table or to-go order. If you are a fan of pancakes, I must recommend the blueberry pancakes! They are the best blueberry pancakes I've ever had, and the syrup even has real blueberries in it! Makes me want them now!!
