Hacienda Leon Mexican Kitchen + Bar

I really enjoy eating at this restaurant. Very delicious food and great customer service. This restaurant is the best Mexican restaurant in Brownwood, TX.

Food is delish and our waitress Jill was so sweet and friendly. Will definitely be coming back again! Yummy sopapilla!

Meat in taco was flavorless. Sauce on enchiladas was flavorless. Rice was flavorless. The Dr. pepper was good and the chips and salsa were ok. Waitress was sweet. Needless to say I was disappointed. Also the plate was not hot which I think is important.

I am speaking as a employee and customer because isn’t that what we all are at the end of the day?! You know how you can just tell immediately the feel of a place/people almost immediately? I have only started a couple weeks ago and I must say as an employee I couldn’t be happier with the owners/boss’s! They stretch themselves above and beyond to make there business thrive not only for themselves but there employees & costumers!!! They and also the employees are great to work with. I highly enjoy the people that come in and take their time to get to know us or are just passing through!! As a customer I must say the food is fantastic, prices are great especially if you also consider the fact that your eating at a quality restaurant (in all aspects) they are fast in the kitchen and the drinks are amazing! P.s. I had never heard of or tried fried avocados before, a customer I waited on insisted if I did he would to, in our opinion they were amazing 😋

The service was not the best as we had to send orders back to the kitchen that were incorrect. The prices were slightly high for mediocre Mexican food. I had hoped for a new experience and quality food after the reopening. But I was left with a hefty bill and mild satisfaction. Horchata was good.
