Birds BBQ

My friends and I stopped here after arriving on the Hill Country Flyer.

The food was good and filling. For small-town Texas, this is a decent restaurant for a quick bite.

The Best BBQ and The nicest people. My favorite is the spicy lean. The beans are a savory meal by themselves. There's hot peach cobbler, creamy banana pudding, all the sides are delicious fresh. Mr. Bird makes all that himself too. I tried the smoked chicken today true smokie yumminess

One of the best BBQ places I've visited in awhile, there's plenty of options to choose from and they're delicious. I would recommend the classic brisket, you can never go wrong with that. The BBQ Master was cool and hung out with us.

Had a sliced brisket sandwich. I like, and asked for the moist end. The brisket had nice flavor and was tender. Little different taste than most Central Texas places, as owner said he uses pecan, but still really good smoke flavor. The beans were good too.
