River City Grille

I've eaten at River City Grill many times over the years. You can always depend on good meal and good service. The only reason I'm giving them a 4 star rating, is the food could be better.

Owned and built to expand by the same owners of the Blue Bonnet Cafe, I expextected the same quality service and delicious food. Just when I thought it couldn't be improved, they did it. Live Music weekends, outdoor comfort on the lake and great fresh made food, it does not get better. I enjoy eating outside when the weather is good. This place is fantastic. Like the Blue Bonnet, sign up fir free birthday meals valued at $10.00, which sounds cheap, it includes dessert and adds up to a lot. I get 2 every year, 1 from each. The staff is very friendly, it has the home town country feeling and look I love. It also host a full bar. You cannot beat an evening on the town here and taking your lady dining here outdoors on a well tempered evening at sunset guys, she will thank you.

I love to sit on the deck overlooking the river. The food is really good, except the fish tacos need some help with plating. The flavor is fine, but when I get three taco put together and wrapped a in a single sheet of foil like a burrito, I take issue. I had to reconstruct my tacos before I could eat them. Everything else was amazing.

They never fail us. Whether we're just driving through or hanging out in Marble Falls all day, River City Grille is always spot on. Kayla did great with all our requests, even though the setting sun was in her eyes each time she approached us. Great service, tasty food... every time!

Excellent food paired with great customer service. Make sure to either sit outside or near a window, it has a great view of the river. Steaks are really good for the price. Be sure to save some room for their delicious desserts. Cant go wrong with either of them but a highly recommended one is Peter's pie. Will definitely come back when we are in the area!
