Pilot Travel Center

This Pilot has one of the best McDonald's I have been to. They get my order correct every time. Most McDonald's seem to get my order wrong most of the time. The entire facility is very clean! The only drawback is there is limited parking for tractor trailers, otherwise I would give 5 stars. The staff is always extremely courteous in my experience.

They've really improved on their timing. I would like to compliment the lady behind the register closest to the gas pumps, working around 11am today. She could tell I'd had a very bad morning & she went miles above and beyond her job description! She is very good at her job and an asset to the Pilot store. I'm just sorry I didn't catch her name. She sold me two packs of cigs and a vitamin water though.

I stopped going here, because each stop lasted between 15-25 minutes on average. But... they are starting to look a ton cleaner & it doesn't ALWAYS take forever now. I upped my 1 star rating to 3 because they ARE improving!!

I will update my review to say:

I went in this morning and asked about showers the ladies were very nice, said they had them. They apologized and said I should’ve been given one the night before if I had my own towels. Thank you ladies! Opinions are formed or changed , good or bad, that easily.

A good place to get gas and McDonald's... plus take a shower for the truckers out there... but it would be a great place if the owner would build a laundromat also..

Great Pilot truck stop. Typical selection of products. Nothing in particular stood out during this visit.

I used the restrooms and they were clean. I fueled up my truck and I had no issues.

I stop here regularly because they have a nice, big parking lot as well.
