Big Daddy's Restaurant

First time visiting this local eatery located in West Brownsville. Friendly staff, clean lively atmosphere and delicious foods. Although the place is small, this restaurant is a hidden gem that deserves 5+ stars! My wife and I enjoyed an early dinner for under forty dollars, including appetizer and drink. I highly recommend this restaurant, hats off the cooks, the chiriqueso is to die for, especially when eaten with the warm and soft corn tortillas. The tostada is big enough for 2 people and the complimentary chips and salsa just rounds up the meal very nicely.

I’ve been going here for years and they never disappoint! sorry i can’t post more pictures but I lost a bunch of them on my old phone. The breakfast is soooooo good!!

My family and I arrived at 5:50 and we got our drinks and appetizer fast but we ended up waiting almost an hour for our food. The salad was okay and my husband said it was a really good burger. Our waiter was great and checked up on us.

I ordered a fajita taco with tortilla de harina, which I liked. The Tampequenia plate looked delicious. The salsa wasn't spicy. I'll be back for another visit, I was on a tight/rushed schedule and didn't really enjoy and savor my meal.
