Captain Bob's Restaurant

Can't rate the food or service. Staff seemed nice. Menu had a vast selection with several nice looking choices, but seemed sort of expensive compared to so many other seafood places in the area. The atmosphere was very cool decor as one would wish for in a seafood restaurant. Nautical feel 100%. The only negative was the lack of a/c. It was very warm and stuffy feeling, plus smelled like a fish tank or old sewer inside. Not appealing for eating. We did not stay. Will perhaps try again later. And give the food a review.

Great atmosphere and good food. Portions are generous and service was okay. I'd definitely return to try dinner.

The "dine in" experience has always been outstanding in every aspect; whether for lunch or dinner. This time, it was "take out" and the food lacked freshness and was slightly over fried. Maybe Sunday evenings aren't the best because their supply arrives on Thursdays from the weekend rush, we got the last batch and the personnel was tired; we won't stop visiting. One "not as delicious a meal" out of 20 years dining is actually still darn good eating!

Great dining experience. Some of the stuff on the menu has been retired for quite some time. Just ask if they have the thing you want lol. Food was super delicious. Salsa was super on point. Even the complimentary fish soup tasted amazing. I got the fish filet sandwich with avocado and unsweet tea, which also was super bomb and came in a super big cup. No free refill on Lemonade. Even the crinkle fries were a golden crispa, not soggy at all! Would definitely return, and I'm not even a fish guy!

My dad and I love coming here whenever we get the chance. It's probably one of the best seafood restaurants we've been to, and most everything on the menu is that a good affordable price for seafood. I love the decor and the music.
