No longer 2.99 they raised it to 4.99 but still best tacos, drove all the way from Harlingen I just had to have them.

The food was good not great but the prices are no longer 2.99 but $ 3.99 and there are some things to know on that special. 1) when you order that special you can't ask to put the cilantro, onions and cheese on the side [makes no sense], 2) if you didn't catch it on 1st point well it comes with no avocado the tacos [with avocado price is $5.99]. Place is a bit run down but not too bad and last the service is ok at best. So to wrap it up, if you are in a tight budget and don't care for avocado in your tacos I think I would still recommend as the flavors are decent. On the plus side I liked they had beef fajita tacos but a bit pricey at $8.99 and they over cooked the fajita. Now you know and hope my review helped you decide to checked them out or not.

Mom and pop shop! Great food and clean environment. This is by far one of our favorite taco spots in Brownsville. Located in the middle of nowhere is a tiny bit of Mexican heaven ❤️

We went to this place at night so it was kinda dark and scary tl get here 😅😂 the parking lot has lots of holes and bumps so be careful.

This place is small but it gives me a vibe of authentic Mexican food. In fact, the food here is really good. The portions are big as well.

They do not have lots of tables so maybe you can take out or call in first to make sure you can dine in.

The price is super reasonable as well 👍👍
