Tacos Locos

The order looked amazing however the meat was waaaaaay over seasoned. Way too much salt and spices!! Was very hard to eat. Meat was also crusty and dry as if it had been cooked earlier in the day. The quality is just just not there for the price they charge!

Great food! The tacos are well served. Although the lonches don't look as appealing like other taquerias, they are delicious! The bistek has good flavor! Each order comes grilled onions, charro beans, green salsa, and a drink. They have outdoor seating and accept cash, debit, and credit cards. Tacos Locos are open everyday until 9PM. The customer service was also good and serve fast. Will definitely come back!

It's been years since I've been to Progreso, MX, so that also means it's been years since I've had AUTHENTIC Progreso-style lonches. I had to fill a hole that was in my heart, and Tacos Locos filled it. Your lonches need grease, and Taco's Locos delivers on said grease. The salsa roja was hands down the best salsa to go with the lonches. Go here for your lonche fix! Forget the tourist trap "taqueria" that "everyone" goes to. Go here!

First time here but the loyalty of a customer has been won. These are by far the best tacos in the lower valley. Moved from Hidalgo county this way about two years ago and I still have not a great taco place (no food chain restaurant) that has quality food like home. Even gone to Brownsville for the well known places there, but they weren’t as delicious as these!!! I can only imagine what the “papa Asada” tastes like. Will definitely be there again soon!!! A lot!
