Los Tortugo's Seafood Market

Friendly service in a laid back atmosphere. I had a seafood combo plate with fish, shrimp and calamari- it was delicious. It wasn't greasy or heavy at all. Best thing of all, dinner for my family of 5 was just above $70. Definitely a great value for the price!!

Super fresh Seafood. Their seafood soup may be the best seafood soup I’ve ever had. People prefer going to Joe’s at Port Isabel. But I personally think this is the best seafood place in the valley. Actually the best seafood place in south Texas in my opinion.

The food was good and so fresh. I was pleased that they had options for the kids who don't eat seafood.

What a great place to stop and eat some seafood at a reasonable price. Shrimp, oysters and fried flounder were each breaded appropriately with it’s own different spices. The coleslaw was great tasting and the homemade tarter sauce just made the seafood even better!They served complementary seafood broth with homemade tortilla chips. Great service! The restaurant is connected to the seafood market. Both areas were very clean including the restrooms!

Seafood surprise! This is a magnificent place! Tortugo’s is so pleasant to look at from the outside, it’s like you can’t wait to get inside. Truly an authentic seafood spot once indoors, the decor, the fish display, and I gotta say, the vintage style sink and mirror in the bathroom impressed me as well. The pics below reflect a fish and shrimp combo, one with crispy fries, and the other with a fresh and crunchy side salad and coleslaw, so delicious! They also serve you appetizer fish soup, so flavorful. They oysters to die for. The staff was so nice, helpful with the selections, and truly hard working.
