Great menu, attention impecable and friendly, good prices!! Best food...

So far only 3 stars from me. Have had as follows/comments:
1. breakfast tacos: tasty but at $5.00 a little too pricey. $4.00 maybe?
2. Kobe beef burger: delicious! For the $14.00 price, "hand cut" french fries would be better. Still too pricey, we are not Dallas or Houston.
3. Stuffed Avocado w/chicken salad: Delicious and very well presented. But, ordered take-out and box did not include Fresh Fruit as a side as noted in the menu. Need more consistency in the kitchen.
4. Eggs Your Way: at $11.00, way too pricey. Ordered ham and it was "sliced sandwich ham" and NOT breakfast ham. Should do better. Plate was not well presented either.
I hope I am speaking for the majority of Rancho Viejo residents when I say "Welcome" because we really missed the previous diner.
Speaking for myself: have more consistency in the plates taken to the customer. You cannot get one thing one day and another the other day...CONSISTENCY! Your pricing must be in line with what your plates includes. Again the word CONSISTENCY; be more consistent and equitable in your pricing. Most customers are willing to pay for a quality and well-presented item. All customers are NOT willing to pay a premium price for a sub-premium item. Get your house together quickly or you will lose customers. Word-of-mouth get around very quickly.
