The most amazing ribs! Seriously, maybe the very best ribs I've ever had. Perfect smoke, perfectly tender, awesome bark and flavor. The sides were also good, but I'll be going back for the ribs. Hard to beat the pricing too. If you are anywhere close, it's well worth the drive. But even if you are a hundred miles away, it's still worth the drive! Closed on the weekends. We had Rio Smoke cater our wedding and we received so many compliments from our guests about the food. Bbq is both our favorite food for my husband and I and we knew we wanted bbq at our wedding to represent food we love. It was delicious and the brisket was cooked to perfection! The meal was served with large portions and the beans were also so good! Literally everyone at our wedding complimented the food. Rio Smoke Catering outdid themselves. Highly recommend for your catering needs if you appreciate good brisket!

Great food. You don’t get small portions, so bring your appetite! The trashcan burger is a must with some seasoned fries and a sweet tea. The atmosphere is the best - family oriented and super friendly. They cater, too and not just barbecue! Definitely worth the drive. You won’t regret it!

Brisket is very flavorful full and cooked perfect. The sandwiches are well made and service is always good. Tea is very good too.
