Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Food is good but too expensive. Atmosphere is typical storefront resturant, open with a bunch of tables. Serve yourself drinks with a freestyle machine. You walk through a service line to order and get your food. Portions are on the small side I think, especially compared to the competition. Access can be difficult some days as can be parking at certain times due to the to adjacent resturants. They never seem too busy and the taco place next door always seems to have many more customers

Was the best bbq I've been at in long time. I'd recommend it to everyone.

I love this place. I usually order through Waitr and pick up myself but the owner told me I could call the restaurant directly and save the additional $ Waitr adds to the actual cost of the menu items to make a little more off customers. But there is also an app for Dickey’s but I love the customer service here the staff is always friendly and very quick getting orders out even when people come in and order in person. This is my favorite Dickey’s near home????

We ordered the brisket and the westerner sandwich. The brisket was nicely smoked and very juicy. Good ring and rub. The westerner had pulled pork and sausage and was delicious. We were lucky enough to be able to talk with the owner Ed and he is very dedicated to customer satisfaction. It is great to see a local Baytowner thriving.

My husband has been to other Dickey's before but I haven't. Tonight we went in with our babies and the food was so delicious. The owner and his staff are so friendly and their customer service was on point! My kids loved that they had dinosaur chicken nuggets. Loved their prices as well, someone mentioned they were over priced and I highly disagree. You get what you pay for and we left with our bellies full and our hearts happy. We will definitely be coming back more often!
