    Customer service depending what shift you have sometimes good customer service sometimes not so good the food is standard

    Ordered 2 Jacks Spicy Chicken Sandwiches, they were cooked to order and very tasty. I also ordered a large curly fry. The fries were over cooked and hard. In addition to that, they also tasted of old cooking oil. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Great job but theres still room for improvement.

    We LOVE...LOVE... LOVE JACK N THE BOX!!!
    It is ALWAYS a treat to us when we find one while traveling. In fact we plan on stopping at first one we see! We lived in CA. For 37 yes... then moved to North West Florida. And NO Jack n the Box here????????????
    We sure would like to get one here...have no idea why they are not ???? I wish they would come our way!!!
