Starbucks

Joni is amazing! Twice now I have gone and it has been suggested to try the vanilla cold foam in my pink drink and it’s been wonderful. Friendly, amazing, and a face I look forward to seeing when I go!

Reviewers, go easy! With a “friend on the inside” I can tell you this Starbucks is not only full of BRIGHT & WARM souls, but also; corporate, remotely from Seattle, opened the store 1 week early (just under a month ago) and every employee save the manager (about 30 of em or so total) is brand new. The learning curve to learn not only drink lingo, but also recipes, modifications, and policies, takes SIX MONTHS. The fact that every person working here stays sweet, even with the lack of compassionate patience (shown by these early reviews alone) by visitors near & far, goes to show this store’s team is irreplaceable & far beyond incredible. Please, Jacksonvillians: don’t scare this store away with impatience. It’s but a tiny hatchling, so let’s nurture it as a community & this’ll become a DESTINATION store in east Texas in no time! (Already is for me!)

We've had a lakehouse in Jacksonville Tx for 11 years and now we have a Starbucks. I was so excited, now we don't have to drive to Tyler for Starbucks! This one just opened 2 weeks ago, so I'm sure they are still working out some kinks. Like my app showed the new order and I selected it for my mobile order, but for some reason it sent the order to a Tyler store. The Jacksonville Starbucks folks were awesome and made my order anyway with no hassles. Great customer service and they made my Caramel Crunch Frappuccino perfect. So I'll definitely come back while we are in town at the lake!
