Wendy's

The quality was that of a normal Wendy's and the building is really nice and new. It has two unisex bathrooms which is awesome and they were clean.

The person taking our order had no idea what she was doing and seemed afraid to ask questions (like asking for flavor of frosty, cheese or no cheese, how to put something in on the register right, and she didn't know anything about what dipping sauces they have besides the names).

The music in the building was way too loud and it made it hard to hear anything. There also is very little indoor seating available. It was all clean though and the food came out fast.

Food was good and served in timely fashion! Dining area was very clean! Only 4 stars because front counter service wasn't very good. It was over 5 minutes before anyone even appeared in the front to take our order! As the employee approached the register to take our order, we were asked in a rude fashion "What do y'all want?" We placed our order and was given our total! We paid for our purchase and the employee just handed us our and receipt and walked away without saying anything!

Their burgers are very good but small. Other fast food burgers are larger. If you go in hungry be sure to get a double meat burger.
Service is very friendly and quick.

Greaser than sonic. Better tasting than McDonald's. Less greasy than whataburger. Pickles taste like slight cucumber.
Ok so I've eaten here many times now and overall it's been a pleasant experience. Food came out a little burnt one time, still edible though. The first time I was here, shortly after they opened, they did get my order wrong but I haven't had that problem since. It's a new place. New people. They will have some problems to sort out. Not the best fast food in Jacksonville but it's not a place to avoid either. With that being said... sometimes it is kinda slow.
