    I enjoy going to Subway, the people are very nice @ the Rusk TX Subway . I had a turkey sandwich & it was delish.

    Very clean location! Employees are attentive and quick to fulfill both online and in-store orders. If they are delayed, they are reassuring and apologetic. Great customer service. I especially admired Kristy's customer service skills. Thank you for a delicious sandwich, Kristy!!

    Food was fresh, hot and delicious, I was travelling when I stopped, so I was a bit grumpy, the young lady that took my order and made my sandwich, was an absolute dear, and made me smile. The manager was friendly, and was concerned about my experience. Some of the so called fine dining establishments in east TX, could learn alot from these ladies

    Love this Subway. I have been to several Subways but Rusk is one of the best. They love their community and the people. It is very clean and they make sure you are happy with your order.
