Traditionally good tacos no not at the location. The one thing that I can drive about is the speed it which they take orders. It is painfully slow. But once you get past that the atmosphere is nice the food is good.

I LOVE the food here. It’s super tasty and it’s one the the few restaurants I can get gluten free food. The problem lies in the service. The staff is friendly and helpful but it seems from the outside like they need to hire more cooks or limit the number of online orders they accept. The first time I order carry out I arrived at the restaurant and I was the only customer in line. My food wasn’t ready until 15 minutes after the time the receipt said it would be. Tonight I placed an online order to be picked up at 7:26 pm and I didn’t get my order until 7:53. It’s also commonly slow when I eat in at the restaurant, I just don’t notice it as much as my chips and quest keep me satisfied I till the tacos come out. I love Torchy’s but if this continually happens I think I’ll be going here less and less. Not that I want to be.

OH MY GOSH where to began !? I highly recommend this place !! Its delicious !! The tacos have a nice variety and big flavor ! I got the chicken fajitas on a flour tortilla. The prices are all right, then again I'm a cheap person so I would probably pay a little less. The portions are really good though. I especially love be salsa that comes with the chips. I had to end up buying another container of it just so I can have it at the house. It's really nice and spicy with lots of cilantro. Unfortunately they were out of the cookies there, which is why I had to give four stars. I will probably end up giving 5 Stars if I'm able to try that next time. The brownies were pretty good and it's cool that they find local snacks and drinks instead of using stuff with high fructose corn syrup. I didn't get to try the drink because I ended up buying water, but next time I definitely want to because there's different varieties like cactus juice. The only other downside is the refried beans are a little too salty for my taste. I bought some for my son he seemed to like them, but there was some left at the bottom so I ate it and it was just overpoweringly salty. Overall I recommend this place for something fresh and delicious.

The best taco place of all time. I would eat here for breakfast lunch and dinner if I could. I ate there today and I can still taste those sweet sweet tacos. They also have vegetarian options and vegan if you ask for no cheese and get a non-egg based sauce. The staff are extremely friendly. This place is hands down my favorite restaurant.

Torchy's has wild, beautiful, crazy, good tacos. Cute little devil thing aside, they say "damn good tacos", and they are.

I live 4-5 miles from this particular location and visit it once every month or two. The location is clean and safe. The staff is friendly, helpful, and busy.

I've seen the line going out the door, and sometimes the wait for seating is hard. We usually try to go slightly off peak times for lunch or dinner. In Allen, Dallas in general I'd say, dinner time is about 7-7:30. Go before or after that and the wait won't be too bad. This location is especially popular on Friday and Saturday evenings.

At a lot of restaurants, take out is pretty fast because seating is really the limitation, not the output of the kitchen. I won't ever walk up and place a take out order here again. I did it twice and the wait was extensive. Calling ahead for take out, no problem.

If you've never been to a Torchy's, you should try it, especially if you love tacos. The standard menu is good, but they also have a some off-menu combinations that are crazy good. Be sure to ask.
