Excellent place to satisfy your Pho craving. Friendly and fast service. Live Music on Thursday and Saturday nights.

Delicious! An issue with pho sometimes is that it'll get cold really fast if it's in too wide a bowl.
Not an issue here, as they use metal bowls that lock in the perfect amount of heat.
The broth is fantastic!
My only qualm (which isn't enough to remove a star) is that their hours are a little strange.
I can't get coffee before work which is a bummer, but the place is good and super clean. Definitely recommend!

If you're in the Allen area this is an absolutely fantastic family friendly restaurant to eat some incredibly tasty healthy food and enjoy craft coffees and teas in a relaxed environment. I have stopped in there at least once a week since they opened about a year ago. The entire family really puts their heart and soul into making this place feel like you're at home hanging out with friends and they are always doing the littlest of things to make things just right. Additionally, if you're in the neighborhood on Thursdays and Saturday evenings they have soulful live music from different local artists (including members of their own family) which is just the icing on the cake. If you have kids, they have have some amazing hot chocolate and desserts there that my 2 sons have raved about. A huge 2 thumbs up way high for this wonderful local family restaurant called Salt Light Station.

It's rare that I want to finish drinking pho broth, because it usually leaves me feeling thirstier with all the added MSG at other restaurants, but it's so tasty here that I just order it straight up. The summer rolls here are my favorite.

The coffee / hot chocolate here has cute designs on it. I also LOVE the honey lime tea here - it smells and tastes so good!

Secret order: pecan pie + ice cream + espresso. Order them together and combine them for a real treat.

Oh, I wish I lived closer, so I could come visit more often.

This was an excellent restaurant to try out. The inside is very trendy and cool and they do music on Thursday nights. Definitely worth the money to eat good food and have a nice clean place to hang out.
