Chuck E. Cheese's

My son and I came here for his first trip here tonight. It was a great experience, the pizza was good, the dessert cinnamon sticks were good, the games were fun. They ran out of the churros that we asked for but they ended up upgrading us to a larger dessert at no cost which was great customer service. We had some issues with a couple of games and they fixed them and then paid for them to keep us from going backwards due to their game not working. One thing to be aware of when you come here is that they shut everything down at 9 on the dot and if you don't go redeem tickets by 9 you're out of luck. thankfully the manager Vanessa understood that this was our first trip and we were not aware of the fact that they actually cut it off right at 9. They do announce that they shut down at 9 but they didn't really say hey you know we're not going to do anything at 9 on the dot. That is something you will want to be aware of. Ample parking as there's parking all around the building and in front. It is easily accessible by handicap. They have kids safety measures in place to ensure your kid does not leave with someone else. The bathrooms were clean and maintained. The games were maintained and clean. Even towards the end of the night they still had good quality on everything. Getting to the location is easy as it has a very accessible ramp from the access road on the highway or an intersection on McDermott to be able to pull in as well if you don't come off the highway.

Amazing spot to bring your family when you have all agrees involved. Kids love Chuck E. Cheese's. Their pizza's are amazing and they also host mini business events for kids as well.

Decided to visit with the kids for spring break. They had a lot of fun. I tried to take advantage of the Tuesday Special - 2 one topping pizzas for $22 that I saw online but was told they don't have it. That sucked... otherwise, fun trip for kids.

This is really a great Chuck E Cheese. They are very clean and they are always changing out games and rides to make it exciting to return. Staff is friendly and they did a great job with the last birthday party we had there for my son! We've had birthday parties at other chuck e cheeses and it is usually so hectic but they really have it together here in Allen!
