Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We came in on a Friday night(my wife and I), sat down within 15-20 minutes, they got our drinks and appetizers right away and got our food orders. All together we were there for a total of maybe 45 minutes to an hour. We had a great meal!! My favorite is always the stuffed chicken Marsala!! Cheesy and grilled to perfection. My wife had a steak and enjoyed it as well. We always get the calamari appetizer. We didn’t know this was here in Allen. We will be back for sure. Loved the food and great service.

I've always been a fan of Olive Garden despite people saying it is NOT real Italian as if any of them dine in Italy often.

Anyway, the purpose of this review is to give well earned credit to our waiter Jakob for his wonderful service. Well-mannered, always checked on us at just the right time and added some comedic flair to the conversation. My wife and I truly enjoyed him. I would encourage anyone to ask for him if at all possible.

We were there as a group of five adults and four children. Two infants and two older children. Our wait staff brought "racks" for both mom's to set the infant car seats on, colors and coloring books for both the older children. They made sure our drinks remained full and that we were taken care of. I ordered the New Mushroom Ravioli... It was awesome.

Had the best service ever! If you want great service ask for Lucas he did an amazing job. Our drinks stayed full our order was perfect and he had a awesome attitude. The never-ending stuffed pasta was delicious.

Had a wonderful experience tonight! DJ immediately greeted us upon arrival and walked us to a “cozy booth” after making small talk. She had a great smile (I’m in the dental field)! Perfect face for your business! Sterling was our waiter and he knew the drink selection very well. He was confident in his recommendations. These two have definitely restored my faith in humanity! Perfect duo! I will most certainly return!
