I want to commend, Josh Bowery the manager of the Allen location, for going above and beyond with his customer service commitment!
I had some performance issues with my recent purchase of a Grand Turbo grill. Josh came to my house twice to look at the issues, put things in place to resolve them and then followed up to make sure they were completed to my satisfaction.

After very careful consideration and objective input from Juan, who was very patient and educational, we purchased a Kamado Joe Grill along with several accessories. We also enjoyed very pleasant and educational input from store manager, Josh, as well as another fine sales associate, Mark. These gentlemen are friendly and passionate professionals in all regards, and we felt very good about their competitive pricing that was complemented by great and priceless service.

If you are looking for some great service, ask for Josh, who was fantastic in providing us honest and very helpful feedback. He also helped out when we had an issue w/ a side burner that was picked up and realized it had a damaged drip pan. If you value SERVICE, then don't look further...and ask for JOSH!

Great service and competitive pricing. Josh and Juan are very knowledgeable and helpful. And the store is really well decked out with everything you could imagine.
