Fatburger & Buffalo's Express

Plenty of parking as it’s located inside the outlet mall. We went on the weekend around lunch time and it is PACKED. Some staff wore masks, but zero social distancing. You do have the option to order to go, there are some outdoor seating nearby.

After you order, you can find an empty table. First come first serve. We were lucky to find a table right away. But it took forever for the food to arrive, but I mean you could have guessed that from the amount of people waiting. So if you don’t want to wait then this is probably not the best spot to come to.

Wings were good, not dry and had a good amount of flavor. Also ordered a Junior cheeseburger which is very standard.

Fries were nice and fresh. Sweet potato fries tasted really good too.

Was pleasantly surprised that they served cold beer! Since the wait for food was really long, we ordered a second round of drinks. The manager (?) was super nice and brought the second round of drinks for us instead of having us wait in line to order again.

Was a nice break between shopping.

They were out of the Veggie Burger so got the Impossible Burger with non-dairy cheese. Although it most def needed more mayo it wasn't nasty... it didn't wow me either. Pretty much a regular burger IMO. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I am from CA and I am sooo happy Fatburger is in Texas now!! My family and I went today and they did not disappoint! The food was hot, fresh, and delicious!! The meat that they use in the patties is comparable to if not better than FiveGuys! I am a huge burger person and it’s hard to name a non-restaurant burger place that can compete with FiveGuys quality meat but I think FatBurger did it! The food is cooked to order so you do have to wait, and there’s a long line but you will not regret it! Quality takes time. You can eat inside or outside and they bring the food to you. All employees were wearing mask and it was very clean. Very nice employees as well. The lady who brought me my food was polite and asked if the order was correct before she left. Highly recommend!
