Jollof Haus - West African Flavors

The oxtail pepper soup was everything… the bones are my witness 😂. I’ll be back for more, my new addiction!!!

We tried the egusi with beef(with fufu) and the stewed beef with jollof rice. The food was tasty but I was expecting a little more stronger flavors. The beef in egusi was a little tough. Overall great service and a must try. Will be back to try other items on the menu.

The lamb was everything, very fresh and full of flavor. Good customer service. Only take away everything was very oily, from the lamb to rice and of course the plantains full of pure grease.

My stewed beef was very tender, but lacked seasoning. And was literally sitting in oil.

Also if you are a condiment person, they offer zero not even a decent pepper sauce. So for me I had to take my food to go, I needed to get home to my hot sauce and some seasonings.

We tried their Egusi soup and it was amazing. Kiddos loved the yam fries & plantain. Would definitely go back!
