I've never had an issue with the staff and my order has never been messed up.
Occasionally my order is messy though (like salad bowl that fell over before it was handed to me) and usually there are issues with the sound when ordering.
It's Taco Bueno so it's obviously not getting a 5 star rating ever but I've never had any real issues with this location -
