Ruth's Chris Steak House

I had previously rated Ruth's Chris with a lower rating due to the service. I did receive a response from management. I appreciate the fact that they reached out and strive to be better. While this won't necessarily change my mind on going there, I will give them a lot of credit for reaching out and try to rectify the situation.

i have been traveling around the world for fine dining and very picky with food.

i asked my steak cooked in Blue/Pittsburgh style. Only high QUALITY steaks can be cooked in Blue and Ruth nailed it!

i am impressed!

The food was good, server's was nice. But I was surprised that most people didn't follow the dress code. We sat in the bar, there were people in sweets, slik shorts which were hung very low on hips. It just was not impressive to me when we are going to an upscale restaurant and spending good money.

Food, was wonderful. Ribeye steak cooked to perfection and seasoned well. Best lobster mac I've tasted in a restaurant. Waiter was very helpful and accommodated our every need. I would have given 5 STARS, but table placement was horrible!!! I reserved table a week ahead, and still found myself in back room right beside exit door, with open tables up front and the front rooms were warmer.

Upscale steakhouse, family style sides, nice wine list, great cocktails. I took a star off because honestly I've had better steaks at home when you start with good cuts of prime beef and do things properly. For a restaurant they are pretty consistently good and not a terrible value compared to some of the better steak places in Vegas. I would recommend making a reservation just in case they end up being busy. They do have complementary valet parking.
