A friend recommended this place. Glad i checked it out. Friendly, upbeat staff. Best cheese steak I've had since my college days! The home fries are an added bonus and seasoned perfectly. The portions are large for the price, and I ended up saving half to eat later. I'll definitely be returning.

JC's recently opened in my neighborhood so I decided to stop in today and try it out. The staff was super helpful and friendly and the place was spotless. I ordered a double meat double cheese mushroom cheese steak with the home style fries. I have tried multiple cheese steak joints around the metroplex and I can't remember the last time I finished a whole sandwich. I took one bit of my JC's sandwich and couldn't put it down, well I only put it down so I could devour the home style fries. BEST cheese steak I have found out side of Philly!!!!!!

    Keep it up JC's!!!!!!!

If you're looking for one bad Philly cheese steak and your in the North Dallas area then this is the place to go. Delicious. Sandwich is huge! I will definitely be going back. Keep it up guys. Don't change anything and you'll have a customer in me for years to come.

I think they just *barely* opened (maybe today?!) and they are off to a great start!

I ordered the Pepper Cheesesteak, and added American to it (so it was both Provolone and American). The filling was warm, moist, gooey, and delicious. Even the charred-in logo on the bread was a nice touch.

Kinda sad they don't offer "The Wiz" -- but I also know the debate between Provolone and Wiz goes on for decades ;-)

Only feedback I have is that the bread seemed a little underwhelming compared to the filling. Maybe it it was brushed with butter and toasted? I dunno.... but it needs a little love, lol

Definitely give this restaurant a try. The portions are generous and prices are quite reasonable. Currently, they only offer canned soda and a house punch. The house fries are definitely fresh cut, not frozen premade/purchased. I'd like if the fries were a bit crispier and the option of Cajun seasoning on them. Overall, this is a great restaurant and I highly recommend you give them a try.
