(June 4, 2020, 2:55 am)Seems like all whataburgers have been losing quality since they sold the company to the northerners. Did y'all start using cheaper ingredients like Papa John's after they booted out their titular "Papa"?

(April 29, 2020, 5:08 am)I just left the drive-through and I have to say it was one the best experiences with this Whataburger I’ve had to date! usually when I stop by the workers are extremely rude and have an attitude, but this time I was very pleasantly surprised by how accommodating, kind, and patient the young man that helped me today was, his name was Curtis and i will DEFINITELY be giving Curtis a well-deserved tip if I ever have the pleasure of having him service me again. PLEASE hire more people like him because service with a smile makes all the difference.

(January 12, 2020, 6:41 am)My order was wrong twice but Melissa stepped in and made sure my order was fully correct after returning to the store. I appreciate her bettering my customer experience. 3rd times a charm ????
