Tri Tip Grill

Excellent food with great favor! Great quality food, just understand if your going there it is made to order, so it takes a bit longer to get your meal. Great lunch spot!

I had the Tri Tip Philly, and it was packed with flavor. I wasn't expecting for it to be that good. After you have a Tri Tip Philly, you might forget about the original. The service was also great. I highly recommend trying.

The smoked chicken was absolutely incredible (although a bit pricey). The rack of ribs we had was terrible. If we hadn't gotten it to go and were eating at home, I would have returned them. The dry rub used on the ribs didn't taste like a traditional rub or seasoning. It tasted like pepper. All you could taste was pepper. The wife and kids refused to eat them. And our puppy turned up her nose. Again, the chicken was wonderful - they just need to work on the rub and reduce the pepper level.

Got food to go, so I can't comment on dine in service. I ordered the full slab of ribs and an extra side. It was just enough for 2 adults and a child. The ribs were great. Dry rubbed and tender. I'll definitely order from them again.

The food is pretty decent but can’t support a business with bad customer service. Bartender made me feel like a second rate human when picking up a to go order. She told me to “look at the tickets” for my order and then walked away without saying anything else. **edited my original review as I called Todd directly and his assurances that he would address this situation were genuine. I could tell he cares a lot about how his customers feel and this was a unique situation. He made me feel very comfortable returning to this restaurant in the future.
