Chicago Avenue HotDogs

We are from the Chicago area, good job Chicago Avenue. The service was a bit slow but they just opened, I'm sure it will get much better soon. Let's all be patient. The food we tried was beef combo it was perfect except they were out of sweet peppers. The fries and onion rings were great, Chilli cheese dogs were on point, serving coke products a plus. We came with a group of 12 people and everyone said the food was great. We will be back..

We have eaten there several times. Everyone should know when you go to any restaurant with a line out the door you will have to wait your turn to get your order. It is a young staff, so be understanding and be kind. Everyone is learning the business. When time permits the owners (husband & wife) come out and visit with the customers. This happened when we were there. The food is awesome, but the time and dollars spent on the decor has to be seen. A lot of thought and work went into planning this restaurant for the customers to enjoy.

I have been waiting for this place to open since I first saw the sign. I stopped my to see if they had a menu I could take with me. I told the owner that my son and I would be back for dinner and he said well let me give a hot dog right now so you'll know how good they are. It didn't disappoint. I loved it and can't wait for dinner. They have a huge menu for a hot dog restaurant, so I can't wait to try a lot of different kinds. I am posting this for selfish reasons. I want this place to be around for a LONG time. If you like hot dogs, you will love Chicago Avenue HotDogs.
