My husband surprised me with some food from this place today and oh my gawd!!! This is legit some of the best Cajun I've had. The corn bread dressing is amazing, the gumbo was super tasty and the pork boudin was worth every calorie. This was one of the best meals I've had in a while, I can't believe this place is right here in Frisco! I want to keep it a secret because a lot of the things I wanted were sold out but how can you not share this gem with others???? You can microwave the food or I went the sous vide route just for fun. Heated everything to 160 in the sous vide and turned out perfect! Can't wait to go back!

Highly recommend when stopping through this area. We're from Texas and WOW the Boudin sausage and pepper jack Boudin ball were amazing!!!!

I regularly buy different meat and seafood products from this place. I always get the best quality products from here. They are really really good! You can not go wrong here. Most recently I bought some steaks and I prepared them with very little effort. Everyone loved it!

I also heard about them through my friends in New Orleans! They are very popular over there! This is their first location in DFW area! Try them if you have not done yet.

This place is awesome! My buddies and I are always saying Frisco needs a good Cajun spot and Chris’ hits the mark. Best seafood gumbo and boudin I’ve had outside my family’s recipe in Louisiana and/or Nawlins. Easy to reheat gumbo and fresh meats and cuts.
