Dillas Quesadillas

At first I was like, Quesadillas? Seriously? It turns out that, "Yeah!" They take their quesadillas seriously! I'm now a fan. Good stuff!

Mixed feelings. Like the concept. Wish they had a drive thru. Quality of food is good. Ordered to go and oh so slow. Group of people behind me dining in got their food first and ordered 3x as much? Mine was full 10 minutes later. First time visit and didn't know the menu. Asked for suggestions from young lady taking order but not much help. 4 people doing food prep seemed disorganized and I had plenty of time to observe. I'll probably give it one more try. Hoping this was just an off night. Food was good. Service not so much.

Great concept. The place was clean and staff very friendly. Although my Lone Star was thinner than usual, it was still flavorful. Please add 30 cents to your meal to help provide a meal for those in need.

The food was just okay. I had the salad version and it was just diced chicken, corn, some beans and cheese thrown on top of romaine lettuce and spinach. No real flavor or creativity involved. But the real reason for my 3 stars is the lack of cleanliness. Only 4 tables were being used and they weren’t busy, but yet every table was dirty. An employee came out to grab the trays but didn’t bother to wipe down the tables. I’ll choose another place next time.

The buffalo bacon was amazing! The best meal I’ve had in a very long time, I had to ask who the cook was it was so delicious ????. The cashier told me it was Jimmy Beers, I couldn’t believe his last name was Beers, but he’s a great guy! Every time I come here I NEED Jimmy Beers in the kitchen, from my experience he’s the best cook here... Thank you Dillas!!!
