Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

So I order pick up and the let me just tell you I appreciate the young lady that help me out!! Very great customer service! And the food was great and steaming out still would definitely go back! Wish I knew e girls named that helped me out to thank her I went around 2:05pm

Everything was great! The service was good, the food was seasoned and prepared perfectly, the meal portion was great, the restaurant was clean. Very enjoyable experience.

The food here is really good! They bring hot plates to your table and the food is delicious. Not to mention the nice, homey atmosphere. The whole place looks like a cozy cabin with multiple fireplaces. I had a great experience here, but the service wasn't that great and they didn't even refill our water once. Other than that, I would most definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes Italian food.

I can't even count the number of times I have had Olive Garden in my life. I can definitely tell a decent drop down in the quality in the past couple of years. As it is after all a chain, but it used to be so much better with lots of good choices on the menu. Now when I am there, it is always a challenge trying to figure out what to get. All you can eat Salad, is one of the things the Olive Garden was always famous for, and as they still offer that, but the bowl comes with mainly lettuce now. I was eating with 2 others, and the bowel of salad would have exactly 2 olives, 2 slices of tomatoes, and 2 peppers a sprinkle of red onions and the rest was all lettuce. They refilled it 3 times as one of us didn't order a meal, just the soup & salad, and 3 times came exactly as such, and one of which was kind of dry. We actually had to request a bit more dressing. In the past, it would have a bit more than the exact 2 of every thing other than lettuce. Also, the dinner dishes were OK. That's about it, just OK. One of which was a bit too greasy at that. Wow, very disappointed in Olive Garden in general as this was not the only time or the only location. I have had other locations at different multiple visits with the same complaint. ????
