(December 31, 2019, 12:33 am)Food is good, service is bad. My wife went through a 17 person line at Chick Fil A and I had only moved 3 spots. Also mentioned that wanted 2 portions of chocken, one veggie and one rice and the lady kep telling me it couldn't be done. After a mijute back and forth I was able to specify how she could make that happen.
Suggestions: Hire more people for busy times and simplify your menu, the sifferente entrees, sides per size of dish makes it complicated for the customer. -
