Shabro Hot Pot Shabu Shabu

Food was so delicious! I recommend the #5 broth (Chinese Spicy Hot Pot "HuoGuo"). Great selection of veggies and additional accoutrements, as well as sauces and seasonings for dipping. Loved the beef brisket and lamb most, I think! Ice cream selection for dessert was nice and refreshing, as well. Staff was friendly, and service was quick. Greatly recommended for family gatherings, but I would also recommend calling ahead first for reservations ahead of time!! It gets packed quickly during the dinner rush.

I read many reviews, both the good and the bad. Our experience was great. We got there at an off time, and we were the only ones there. I read reviews that said the staff was slow even when the place wasn't busy. Not true here. Our server was on point. Came back around a few times to see how we were doing without it becoming annoying. The food choices were plentiful! I think the lamb was my favorite meat! I also read reviews about the broth being flavorless. It all depends on what you put into it. The veggies give it a lot of flavor. And I loved the house sauce! The only negative was my inability to use chopsticks well! Haha.

We went for lunch today. Very clean and spacious set up. The waiters were attentive, always near by and ready to serve. I like how each person have their own soup pot. Food quality is top. If you are from Taiwan, I todo suggest bring your own 沙茶酱。

Yes, yes, yes to this hot pot!!! I’ve been to both the Shabro in Carrollton and now the newer one, and this one is significantly better. Not only is it clean, bright, just an all around better atmosphere, the broth seems like it taste better as well.
Okay so lunch is $16.99 for certain meats, I think you can order number 4-7?? And dinner is $24.99, from the menu alone there’s not very many seafood selections but many meats!
That doesn’t hurt my feelings though especially when the buffet has all the options you can think of! The only thing I wish they would’ve had here is these seafood balls with fillings in them (they have these at Manna Shabu)! But other than that, staff was great, and food was Delicious! Can’t beat this for an all you can eat buffet!

Authentic ???? hotpot! This place reminded me of the Chinese trip I had. Highly recommended! Good quality meat and you can of course get the broth more spicy. Very clean and we'll maintained
