Texas Roadhouse

Food was fine, but servers make or break a customer's restaurant experience. I'm not convinced or motivated to return here for a steak dinner because of it. We rarely go out to eat as a family, but If I'm going to bring my entire family out to eat and pay someone else to cook for us, then I hope the server would be friendly and at least pretend to care which plate goes to which person. In the grand scheme of life, it's truly NOT a big deal. Its not a huge complaint. However, if I were the trainer in this organization, I'd ensure my servers were communicating with their customers with attentiveness and thoughtfulness.

Great meal, great service. Steak tender and cooked to order. Tea was good, I'm picky about my tea! Very loud, but friendly place. Have been here before, will definitely come again.

My whole family loves Texas roadhouse, this location is usually packed but even when we have a wait time they get to us pretty quickly. The staff is usually really great and food delicious. In all honesty my Ribeye was lacking much flavor this last trip but my husband loves their NY Strip. The fries are SO good and can't go wrong with fried pickles ???? Peanuts for snacking and throwing on the ground is something my kids enjoy, definitely don't come here with any peanut allergy. We all know everyone comes to roadhouse for the rolls and butter though! Yum!

Great service, delicious food though we mostly eat rolls cause they are so good by the time our food comes we are almost full. Mother was in town from L.A and we were very happy with how quickly they sat and served a party of 15. Plus mom loved her steak and shrimp and making momma happy is priority and she sure was a happy woman.

It was a nice atmosphere. We sat at the bar since there's usually great service and we weren't in a rush. The servers were nice but inattentive, even as the place began clearing out. However, I wasnt too concerned. The main issue was all of the steak in my and my partner's dishes were way over salted, and the fried pickles were over seasoned as well. The rolls were hot and delicious, and I do recommend the sweet potatoes.
