    Donuts are okay they're not too sweet which is my preference but the drive thru service was excellent!

    The best donuts and service ever! I’ve literally have obsessed with Shipley’s since the first one opened in Richardson when I was a child! The customer service is always top notch and the donuts are always fresh!

    Visited the store at around 6am and the customer service was wonderful! Clean store and great donuts! 10/10 would recommend! They also have a drive thru! Sadly, they don’t sell bullseyes though.

    Love this place. Quality fresh donuts. Must try chocolate with nuts on them. Clean place with quick prompt courteous service.
