Best Dickey's in McKinney. Love the dill potato salad and all the veggies. Very clean, polite and good food. Highly recommend!

The lean brisket always good & the chicken breast is never dry. If you like your potato salad with mustard you'll be happy. The fried okra is perfect.

We had ordered a big family pack meal for company yesterday evening. The staff at this location went above and beyond to make sure that everything was packed well and served to perfection. Billy had helped to make sure that we had everything we needed before leaving and provided professional customer service. The food was the best that we have had from any Dickeys BBQ and was cooked perfectly.

Thank you to the staff and Billy for making this meal and service better than we have had before. We will be coming back to this location in the future for similar orders.

This Dickeys location is by far the only one you should visit in the McKinney area. The staff members are nice, cordial, and they take care of their customers. We always get a couple of pounds of smoked chicken breast (which they ALWAYS have) and a couple of pounds of the spicy jalapeno and cheddar sausage, and the regular polish sausage for all of our holiday meals. I've never had a bad experience here yet. If you want Dickeys, come to this location. On the same note, DO NOT GO TO THE DICKEYS ON 75 next to the post office in McKinney. If you are able to see my other reviews, you will see a review I posted about them. Terrible customer service, and the food follows in the same footsteps. In addition, they never have smoked chicken breast... that amazes me. But the Dickeys at 121 and Custer does it right... meaning, good customer service, good food, and they will keep you coming back!
