Asian Buffet

My grandparents came in town and really wanted a Chinese buffet. I have an allergy to wheat, so generally we avoid buffets due to soy sauce. That being said, the manager was so helpful. He took the time to walk around with me, helped to show me my food options, and which sauces I could have on the Mongolian grill and sushi bar. So helpful and caring, and during a time when they were on a one hour wait! We were happy my papaw who is 86 could have all the foods he loves with us there.

Regarding the veteran situation, I have spoken with the owners, workers, and fellow customers about this incident. I truly know that this incident was a lapse in miscommunication. Although the waiters should have served the veteran, the story is a bit blown out of true representation. The day before this incident happened, the waiters served the vet as it was in less busy times. However, the second day, the restaurant was understaffed and sadly had poor communication. The management and several workers stayed several hours after business time to discuss this matter and make ways to improve, some stayed even until 2AM. They have been in business elsewhere for years now, and has only had this incident once. I've been to their other locations. This was a one time incident and they do not hold any customer or guest below others. Again, I emphasize miscommunication. They truly regret what has happened recently and have since hired even more workers (coming within a few weeks) to help the current staff. As a customer, I know the management works so hard to provide amazing service to their customers. I know some people may regard the restaurant as cheap and unmoral, but that is not the case. So many pounds of food are replaced constantly each hour, even if its not touched, to keep the food fresh. The management there would rather hold people in the lobby to clean and organize the inside, than let several customers in when there is poor service. That is there mentality: customer over profit- loyalty over self-interests. We must always remember that there are two sides of a story. We must not jump to any conclusion until we have investigated, thoroughly, ourselves. I, myself, feel sorry that the veteran did not have an enjoyable experience, I truly do, but the reasons behind the poor experience may be misrepresented.

Saw this place under construction for a while now and decided to stop by when it opened. There was a huge crowd there and I was surprised how well the staff handled it. After quite a long wait I finally got to eat. The food was great and my server was extremely nice. They kept everything fresh and full the whole time I was there so I didn’t feel like I missed out on anything. Overall a great experience!

When I went inside this buffet, there was a good smell of food. I could tell that the food tasted very good and was flavorful. I was enjoying everything and the waiters made me very happy. Every worker was kind and helpful. Thank you for giving us such an enjoyable lunch!

Asian Buffet is cuisine at its peak. The buffet offers your traditional slew of Asian cuisine options like sesame chicken and beef broccoli, but also offers a Mongolian Wok and Sushi bar. The fresh food coupled with exquisite decor brings a new take on what it means to eat at a buffet. Not to mention the service was excellent despite it being busy with waiters keeping both my drink and satisfaction full!
