Excelente service, the ribs are the best ribs i have ever eaten, I drove almost 45 minutes to get to them, service is the best, they don't treat you like a customer, more like a neighbor, if i could i would give them 20 stars, than you guys for your great service!!!!!

Just stopped by after checking out the Collin County Farm Museum. This place is great for a Saturday lunch spot.

✅The master butcher offered a free beer since it was our first time.
✅In terms of food- brisket was great and jalapeño sausage.
✅The potato casserole is a must!

It was great to get out of town and have 4 generations eating together- see the picture.

Always on the hunt for great BBQ. What a fantastic find. Sampled the brisket, ribs, cheddar/jalapeño sausage, fire of ring sausage, pastrami and meatballs. Yes I said meatballs which are made on the farm. The sides were seasoned to perfection cowboy beans, potato casserole and jalapeño cornbread which is a must try. The banana pudding had strawberries too. We will be back

Brisket is better than Hutchins, Tinders, or Hard Eight. Beef comes straight from the ranch to the smoker (Cornerstone Farms). Very friendly, down to earth, honest people. We will make this place our go to for BBQ!
They also have ranch fresh beef, eggs, etc for sale.

Wife and I had BBQ lunch and picked up order from market. Lunch and special order of beef were superb! They held our special order in cooler until we finished lunch. We are now regular customers, met John the owner and look forward to the new indoor market/BBQ facility being completed!
