“Customer service is quick and there is hardly ever a mistake made on my order. Any issue I have with this location has to do more with how it is managed and not the employees, who do a decent job. There have been three times that this location has run out of chips, and one of those times they ran out of cheese. I mean considering the nature of the fast food served here, that's a fairly serious fumble.”

“I can not wait for Arcade92 to open later this summer! So much of my childhood was spent playing these games wherever I could find them. Saving the Princess, blasting aliens, avoiding the barrel throwing monkey, helping the frog cross the road or shooting countless enemies, these classic games inspired my imagination and provided countless hours of entertainment and shared experiences with my friends. Now that we are older it will be a tremendous amount of fun to share those experiences with my kids, and with my friends again. Arcade92 will be a cool place to hang out on the McKinney square to share a drink, have a bite to eat, and relive the awesome memories that these games provide. The doors can't open fast enough.”

“Came in for lunch the other day and I must say I was very impressed by the way this establishment was ran. The food was rich and authentic in flavor, the place was clean and very presentable. But I think the most essential part of my visit was the customer service, my server Ian went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Working in the food industry for many years I rarely find establishments that have a great team front to back, but this one didn't fail in any area so its safe to say they've earned themselves a new customer. I had never been to Petra before but this for sure wont be my last. if you're looking for a great authentic mexican food this is one location that wont disappoint! 5/5”

“We have ordered from this place several times since moving here and it has always been pretty good until last night. Honestly our entrees were not that great my husband could not even eat his. I called the restaurant and let them know but I could not understand them very well on the phone. I will say this ...today we hear a knock at our door and it is the restaurant delivery, With fresh fried and steamed rice and fresh as well as fresh crab rangoons. All at no charge. So while we had a bad experience once, that definitely made it better and I have never had a restaurant do that”

“We we're incredibly disappointed with the excessively long with times. There were very few people in the drive thru and only my group of 4 people in the lobby. It took well over 15 just to get the frosty. The staff member running the cash register was actually incredibly friendly. The sandwich was incredibly dry and bland. On a positive note, the frosty was delicious.”
