    Bagels are great. Service was horrible! The guy that took my order was arrogant, rude and impatient. It's not like I was taking forever or there was a line. There was no one behind me. I just couldn't see. The lady who rang me up was nice. When I went back to ask a question to the same guy he dismissed me. I am very polite I don't yell but I give reviews!

    Super grateful to Tex and Preston for helping me find something on the menu gluten free! I know a bagel spot is not the place to go for that, but someone wanted to meet here for an appointment, and I was really hungry! Yay for the hashbrowns to save the day!!!

    We used to meet here for bagels before high school. The good old days! Glad Einstein is still around!

    I'm at Einstein's once a week and this is the best location for friendly service! Food and coffee have always been good. Only negative is the ladies restroom. It's always cold and not always cleaned well. One toilet was broken for months. I avoid it.
