On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina

My wife and I visited On The Border in Plano near the 75 and 15th and found they the food was great, I had the steak fajitas which was very tender and very tasty. I also tried the grilled shrimp Taco's and they were awesome. We will certainly be coming back for the food. Our server he was very attentive and gave us advice when ordering, he also made sure he was always available to top up drinks and check on the food. Great place to go for your next meal.

We really enjoy going here for happy hour but the service is always too slow. When we arrived we sat at the tables in the bar area so the bartender took care of us. As it got busier we saw less of him. At one point we sat for almost half an hour with empty glasses. I finally had to ask someone else to bring us our check.

One thing I really like about On the Border Restuants is their taste consistency. No matter the location the food is hot and very tasty. My waiter was helpful and fast. He knew the menu well and was able to make some great suggestions. No doubt this will always be one of my favorite places for early or late night dining.

Dog friendly! We had our Great Dane with us and were seated quickly. The server was great with our dog; even though he is massive, the server treated us/our dog with no reluctance & was very helpful when we had menu questions.

He even got us our check promptly when we said we had to get going, we were in & out in 30 minutes.
