Knife Steakhouse

The meal was very good. Ambiance left something to be desired, though. Not enough soft surfaces to absorb noise. Service was great.

Ummm better late than never?

Love the location. This was our second visit. The first was closer to opening. That experience was disappointing. I ordered the ribs and they were tough and tasted like they were dipped in salt. Two bites and I was done. They took it off the bill but didn’t offer any other options or even a menu to look at again. The service was subpar. Slow and it seemed others were getting the attention but we weren’t and it was just two of us. Second visit...The food was good but not worth the price. The acoustics were horrible and it made everything loud. We may visit again but only to sit at the bar and snack as the cocktails were good.

Knife has set the standard for food and service and ambiance. The new location is just great and they treat us like family every time we go in. It has become our go to for almost any occasion. Fabulous and friendly bartender, great hosts and management, and always fun to be able to watch the kitchen in action. Thanks Knife for raising the bar in Plano.

The BEST steak and service in Dallas. Very consistent! Their dry aged prime steaks are world class. Check out their meat locker! It puts you on notice. Their level attention to detail and quality beef is compulsive

The bar program is amazing..... the service is that of fine dining with a laid back casual vibe.... the wine program was fun and refreshing..... the food was great. This is the kind of place a restaurant junkie lives for.
