    The Franchise the best neighborhood bar and restaurant in Plano. It's like the TV show "Cheers!". All the bartenders know your first name and say "Hi, Tom" as you walk in the door.

    Great local place. Staff is the best and their prices are very fair if not cheap!

    I've always loved this place especially the service at the bar. The bartenders make everyone feel at home. Gwen makes the best drinks and she really cares about the patrons and always tries to make newcomers fit in with the regulars. I was there a couple of nights ago and although she was a under the weather and without a server (the long time server quit), she still managed to do a great job tending to guests.

    This is a great neighborhood place to hang out. Good happy hour specials and nice employees. Managers and new owners are trying to make this a nice place to eat and watch the games.

    Great neighborhood bar & grill. Good atmosphere. Good is great but don't order a whole order of nachos or you will be there all week trying to finish it. 1/2 order is huge!
