Hi Sweetie

My go-to place for ice cream rolls! I've been going here since 2017. This place has never failed me. It has adequate amounts of seating for their guests and the atmosphere here is always clean. I use to live in Plano, but now I live in Richardson and I HAPPILY drive 18 minutes to get here. Their ice cream rolls are amazing! My family and I absolutely love them!

Overall, the experience was wonderful! The customer service at the front was friendly and outgoing, providing a tremendous amount of assistance for us while we were looking through our choices.
When presented with our food, we were dumbfounded at the large quantities of our order! At first we thought we could’ve gotten more since our ticket was around $12, but the quantity and quality for our order was unimaginably delicious.

I recommend this location for others who’re craving for an incredible experience with ice cream.

Best place for Thai inspired rolled ice cream in the Plano-Frisco area. Ice cream rolls are made right in front of you and topped with every topping you ask for. One can customize your own roll or choose from the ones in the menu. Mango Tango and Pink berry are highly recommended. They also have a plethora of drinks that are served in light bulbs for you to take home. Though regular cup options are available. The place is pretty neat and they have board games for people who want to take a break from their phone ????. This place has become our regular go to.

I have tried mango, Oreos, strawberry, blueberry with vanilla, chocolate. I not a huge fan of mango as I see most of them are artificial flavors but here you get the real fruit. Out of all of them, Mango is the best. I recommend mango.

My experience going to Hi Sweetie was great! The place had a wonderful ambiance and very good rolled ice cream. Employees are very nice and friendly. On the other hand the place is a bit noisy, but it is appropriate to make the rolled ice cream.
