Big Tony's West Philly Cheesesteaks Plano

It wasn't what I expected, not to say it wasn't good just not what I expected. I did not care for the steak sauce. Furthermore I got the extra cheese philly but imo there was still not enough cheese. And the steak itself was chewy.

They are always friendly. Yesterdays pick up was very fast and efficient gentleman was waiting at door to give me food and told me i can do pickups at window which i didnt know . awesome experience.

Great place, fast service. Phillies the way they should be with loads of other options too. Highly recommended for cheesesteak lovers.

My first time going was tonight 03-20-19. I must say the customer service was amazing! Geo(hope that I am spelling it correctly) was extremely inviting and helped me a great deal, when choosing what to order. He even gave me a free sample of the very delicious sweet potatoe fries! The cheesesteak that I ordered was superb! I definitely recommend this down to earth establishment! Great service, great food!!

Stand alone restaurant with ample parking. Restaurant is clean as well as the bathrooms. You order at the counter and your food is brought out to your table. The menu selection is almost overwhelming because of all the combinations available. A large variety of drinks are also available. Speed of service was good. Prices are a little high. Food was excellent. I think I like this place better than the others in Plano and Allen. Recommend.
