Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant

The ice cream is great and the price is equally wonderful HOWEVER I took 2 stars off for the staff and the appearance of the serving area. I went here 5/24/2020 and for the first time decided to go inside instead of the drive thru.. MISTAKE.. the staff turn my mind . There were 4 females serving n for the 15 or so minutes I was there they engaged in this neverending loud laughing playing and chatter with each other. Don't get me wrong I am not saying the staff should be all stiff and robot like but their behavior exceed unprofessional.. all that chatting over people's food without mask... I do endorse positive and happy energy everywhere but this was not it. These young ladies were acting like they were at the playground. If I did not have my 6 and 2 year old kids waiting patiently for the ice cream I would not have gotten anything. I will not go back .. Dont want all that chatting and laughing over my food ... yuck

Love Braum’s. Don’t get me wrong. I do believe you know what you are getting when you walk in... cleanliness is not high on their list and overall the old school graphic design (pictures of food) is outdated. I actually appreciate some of that cause it’s what makes Braum’s Braum’s.

This is an ice cream and sandwich parlour along with grocery shopping. They have a lot of variety in ice cream and it was quite difficult for me to choose one. I finally had Chocolate Pecan ice cream and it tasted quite yummy. They have ample space for seating where after getting your ice cream, you can sit and enjoy. I had a good experience here.

This place is the best Ice Cream place ever and its dairy products like milk and eggs delicious. You will not find this high quality service anywhere else and with this location being in Texas it has good Air Conditioning. This is important for a number of reasons Reason number one: Ice will not melt so that is good, Reason number two: After it being a hot day in Texas it is good to cool off!! And that price! You can not review this place with out that price it is the best priced high quality Ice Cream you will not find anywhere else at the time of this review anywhere in the world or at least where i have been!
